I RAN A HALF MARATHON ON SATURDAY!!!!
Wow. I seriously can't remember a time i've been more proud! I ran 13 miles on saturday in just under 3 hours. I took a little Immodium AD before the run, and my tummy, muscles and lungs all feel fantastic. I kept up my 3:1 run/walk pace the whole time. Alex and I stuck together and we did it! Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday. I've been thinking of you all day long! We are very proud of you and are cheering you on from the east coast. We finally got around to making our contribution. Thanks for including us in this way. We would like you to add Robert E. Keyser's name to your "in honor of" list.
