Have you taken time to rest - truly rest - for a few hours? It may be that your body is fighting something (medically or emotionally - you ARE making some big decisions lately) and needs to focus on that, rather than sending lots of energy to your muscles and conscious mind. Meditation? Yoga?

On the Everything Is Science side, if this continues or feels medical in nature, you may want to have your blood drawn and get your levels checked. It could be a B or D vitamin imbalance, anemia, thyroid...lots of stuff that's easy to take care of once that blood test comes back.

I ha a rest today. And a glass of wine, which helped a lot.

This is some mad hazy air, too.

Could it be allergies? A lot of people are having crazy reactions to the season change right now.

It sounds like you are going through a lot right now so being run down and even having compromised immunity would be par for the course... any chance you could get some extra sleep in at night? If it were me I'd try to get an early bed, naps if at all possible, keep diet 100% clean (whatever that means for you, for me it'd be no sugar, grains or alcohol) and force myself to exercise and if it didn't clear up after another week go see a doc for blood work. Hope it passes soon...

It sounds like a version of the seasonal affective disorder I get every summer. For me, rain is the best solution. Your mileage may vary. ;)
