I saw Buster post about Niko getting out and back in the bath to have two baths. Reminded me of the two days a day thing. He's figuring it out! Learning about things like time that are out of our control and happen completely outside of us is a tricky thing!

I didn't learn how to ride a bike with two wheels until I was, like, in the second grade or something like that. Go Niko! He's advanced!

Dre and I were totally talking about Niko biking over dinner last night, and I think this WAY supports the theories I've heard that balance bikes are a better introduction than tricycles. You learn balance FIRST. Then once you've got that, you add the pedaling -- which is way easier and less scary. I didn't know how to ride without training wheels until first grade!! GO NIKO!!
