13 sounds like it would be Dylan, but I don't know what song. And 4 sounds so familiar, but I just can't place it.

#13 is the Butthole Surfers (great band name, huh?) song "Whatever" from the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack.

#4 is the Bass Kittens' "Impending Doom" techno remix of the Invader Zim themesong

Amazingly, I have heard of the Butthole Surfers, though to my knowledge I've never heard any of their songs. My aunt has a band, well, had this one, and my dad had some of their posters in his office, and a student remarked that her band was his favorite, next to the Butthole Surfers. Dad wasn't sure if my aunt should be honored or not. He figured yes.
