you absolutely can in chinatown. my friend pip and i used to drive down for that, eel, and whole ducks. can't give you any specifics, though.
you might also want to try a santero shop.

I think you can get them at Jons....that grocery store on Rosecranse down by where Rob used to live. If you go, pick me up some of the good tortillas!
