apartment hunting sucks when you live in LA, are poor, and have dogs. if you don't have enough money to pay the ridiculously high rent, you basically have the option to live on the street, in your car, on someones couch, or at your parents house. even the ghetto is too expensive. sorry, i'm not paying 800 a month to live in a closet sized studio

That's how it is here!! Seriously! And I live in Reno. I completely feel your pain. It is also not pet friendly here at all. Well shit, I'd rather live in my vehicle WITH my dogs, than in a nice apartment WITHOUT my dogs.
