Join SparkPeople.com. It's free and it helped me lose nearly 130lbs. :)

And it's not just for people that wnat to lose a ton of weight, there are lots of people on there working to lose 20 or less as well. It's just got REALLY useful tools and information. I highly recommend it!!!

I second this recommendation, it's a really good website. The things I found most useful on it were the food calculators (you can put in all the food you eat in a day and it helps you see what you need more of, what you need less of, in terms of protein/fat/carbs/etc), the articles, and the little exercise demo things.

Don't buy a scale! They are a bad thing that you will get totally addicted to. If you start eating well and exercising, the right things will happen. You might even gain weight before you lose it, if you're building muscles!

For some nice, mellow workouts/muscle builders, you should try the yoga on yogatoday.com! It is free and nice, not stupid or annoying like a lot of yoga videos.

It's great! I really get a good vibe from them. I am really not into yoga videos that have ambient music in the background, or talk a lot about "if you want to have success at your job" (??? so UN-mellow), and all the instructors are just normal, nice ladies and I am into that.

The only thing that is annoying is that they use blocks in a lot of the sessions, which I don't have, but it's pretty easy to improvise if you have a shoebox or something (somehow I don't even have a shoebox?).
