I thought they didn't have my stuff on here because I was using the alphabetised list search but using the search box, they have 28 of my fics on the site. With great sadness because I know a lot of people read on AO3 without accounts, I'm going to have to do as suggested and lock everything to registered users

Would you be willing to share why? I'm wondering what I want to do, and I tend to just not do anything and wait to read what OTW says - I wonder, though, whether during this time they might copy fica ans then not free them

I've never been to this site, but if they have a comment or review space for the stuff they offer up for sale, it might be worth just going there and saying something like, "This story was written for non-profit purposes. Read it FREE here. Do not pay for this book, you are being cheated by unscrupulous fic thieves."
It might even cover you if copyright issues arise because of the sale of your fic.

Oops my bad. Just went there and realised that they were offering the books for free. Sorry. Maybe my suggestion comment should be: "This fic was stolen by unscrupulous fic thieves. Read it Advertising free here."

Plus - they're making money off something that *is* free and should be free and is freely available from a site they bot-attacked to get the work which is affecting the user experience of the original site.

So sorry to hear that they did this to you. But all the more reason to warn their readership.

Looks like most stuff has been removed - they still have one of my fics on there (from 28!) so that's positive - I'll look around to see if they have a way to make sure everything is removed - I think AO3 had a hand in getting everything taken down.
