Looks like all but 1 of my fics is now off the Ebooks Tree site so that's positive. Not sure if it was the DMCA or the AO3 folks working their magic so might just lock the 1 affected fic to registered users until I can work out how to get that one removed too

Ugh, yes, this. I was reading on AO3 about how they have 7 million visitors per month (!!!) Partly I'm like YES, FANDOM and then also EEK, FANDOM. I've been seeing a lot more author's notes that include something along the lines of 'do not post on Goodreads, do not share with cast, do not share with the boys or anyone associated with the boys/band/producers, do not share on Twitter, ffs do not repost on Wattpad,' etc. and that is terrifying. I've always known that it's the internet, right, and nothing's ever totally private, which is fine! I want people to look at my stuff, that's part of being fannish (for me). Still, it's definitely getting harder to feel the fannish bubble.
Anyway, glad you got most everything worked out/taken down, and good luck with that last one, too. :)
