By far, yesterday was the hardest day. I didn't help matters by having caffeine (something I rarely do) and some alcohol (something not to do when quitting). I was jittery/tense pretty much all day. And look at this... it is 3'o clock in the friggin' morning and I am awake. This SUCKS

What you are doing right now is probably the hardest, yet most rewarding thing you will do for your health and happiness. I quit a year and 3 months ago and got a quit smoking meter, and other helpful resources from:

It gives you a reading like this to put in your journal:
"One year, three months, two weeks, six days, 22 hours, 13 minutes and 38 seconds. 6200 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1,550.01. Life saved: 3 weeks, 12 hours, 40 minutes."
