Employment

After almost six months of being unemployed....

I have a job :) I start work with the city in a week and will be an intern for a while. I'm looking forward to starting up work again and getting more experience. And my commute is all of about three minutes... Five with traffic. ;)

But...but...but... You're working for the enemy . How am I going to turn City Hall upside down if you're working there?

Oh wait... you don't *officially* have the Lauricella name...YET! Guess I'd better let them have it before you do---you can always deny knowing me. Heh heh heh!

BIG CONGRATULATIONS!!! So what department will you be in (so I can try not to make trouble there)???

I'll be with the Stormwater Department doing engineering work. Probably don't need to harass them. :)

I guess it IS a small world. I called in a complaint a week and a half ago to the stormwater management area to ask them to please come out and fix the drain at the end of our street. I told them it needed to be RE-ENGINEERED! It doesn't drain, just backs up in my neighbor's yard.

OMG---would that be YOU? I was going to call back this week and didn't get around to it. So far they haven't responded to the pile of mud I made trying to open it. Good Grief. Maybe I better not call now !

pimples are really annoying, you can kill them using benzoyl peroxide but it will also make your skin red.
