I am done with my first week of work. I have to go in on Sunday though, but it's ok. It was pretty intense. Every hour my professor would come and ask me how things were going and if I had found anything new, so I had to be constantly reading articles. I get to work with blood from cows. i've noticed there is something odd about the 30-yr-old-nice-but-kind-of-odd grad student that makes them try just a little too hard, and can be very difficult to hint that maybe they should back off a bit...
