catholic parents are always difficult when you have to let them know, "yes, i'm going to live in sin now, sorry." catholic guilt sucks. i wish there was a cure.
what kind of job are you looking for? my friends all got new jobs from careerbuilder.com... really kick ass ones.
gotta love parents that have different values than we do, and don't understand that not having the same values as them does not in and of itself make us bad individuals. Just different from them is all. ~hugs~ can so relate to that part, hell I cant even tell my parents about my religious beliefs because they will have a friggen heartattack if I do (thats how firmly they believe in their's and would not be able to accept how different mine are from theirs lol)

As for the people, you need to just let it go, don't let bitterness take a hold of you, it's not worth the energy it will take from you to be bitter.
Are you still in RI? I saw on the North Smithfield Public Library site that they're having a used book sale on Firday and Saturday. Every book/magazine/video/puzzle on sale is $.25 each. (Can you tell I'm looking forward to checking it out? ^^;) While it doesn't necessarily help with the time to read, maybe it'd help with motivation?
