Rules

1. Draw/cut image into circle. Select colour for dots. I have to make sure the thing is checked in the picture or the dots will come out funny, but you might not have to on your programme :)

2. Go to the shape tool and chose circle. Chose which type of line you want, i usually go with any of those in red. Draw round picture, and you have your dots :)
