ok, here is a wonderful essay i found in the basket underneath my desk in English. I have typed it up as it reads; grammer, spelling and punctuation are unchanged. Teacher's comments are in italics.

Wtf? Kelly, please tell me you're in an AP/GT class, because you definately need to be in one if you aren't. And if that's the case, how would that sort of paper even end up IN THE CLASSROOM??

The subject matter is really lame, but then in our class this past block day we took this diagnostic essay. The prompt was "How do you feel about Wednesdays?" Keep in mind that this is the AP class. Yes. Writing about the sensations Wednesday inspires. Ha.

It's funny because when I read that essay, I can formulate a very clear image of who wrote it in my mind. I can even hear her voice. I especially like the "I've seen him be funny 3 different places" and the "He was also in a movie". *snoff*

i am in AP, but at bellaire there are more teachers than rooms, so some have to "float" and teach in classrooms whose teacher's have off periods. That paper was left by a student in one of those classes.

Ahh, yes. We remedy that problem by shoving all the AP kids into temporary buildings with shitty AC / scent of mold. We'll be the first to go if there's a tornado, too.
