It never hurts to get something like that checked out, but it does sound like low blood sugar. Low blood sugar can cause headaches, and, combined with the heat of Summer, and dehydration, could cause a faint.
But, I'm no doctor.
Survey the scene: the scene is safe! Check breathing, there is no breathing! Give two breaths- oh baby.

I'd say low blood sugar too, except that not an hour before, I'd had a big piece of fudge. It wasn't that hot, but it was a little humid; I'm thinking the dehydration theory is at least more likely. But honestly, I was having some serious back pain and the beginnings of a migraine coming on when I keeled over, so I'm even a little suspicious of that.

I'm having back pain from working this week, yet I haven't done much lifting or bending that I can think of, it may be stress induced. Back pain can be caused by pinched nerves, but I have no idea how that could relate to fainting. As for the headaches, maybe your brain is expanding beyond the size of your skull. Stop reading, the Prezident says that's bad for you- and how right he was!
