Well, the weight watchers thing is going okay so far. I even managed to eat hamburgers with the family and still stay within my points. I found buns that were 1 point apiece and hamburger that is 1 point per ounce (it's the 95/5 variety). Add to that corn on the cob (1 point per ear) and watermelon (1 point per cup), and it was a great meal. Oh

Oh, excellent. We had corn on the cob last night-- I could eat it every day, all summer long. So goooooood. Does this mean you guys have your grill up and running? (If so, color me jealous. Very jealous.)
I have found that this truism still holds: you can eat cheap, or you can eat healthy. Eating cheap AND healthy is nearly a full time occupation.This is most certainly true. You either sacrifice your wallet, your waistline, or your time... sigh. The good thing about summer is that the fruits and vegetables are cheaper, at least, and there are regular meat sales on big BBQ-centric holidays. It's the other stuff that will kill ya.
