I've been meaning to do this for awhile but just haven't. I have a lot of pictures, some are old now and I don't really remember about any details in making them but here they are anyway.

Beef BBQ Sandwich
From Clean Eating - Summer 2008

I think I remember this being good.

Steaks with Veggie Salsa
from Clean Eating - Summer 2008

This was good too. I think it was also was first time making salsa from scratch (buying all the raw ingredients and chopping and mixing them).I remember liking it.

Chicken Fajitas
from Clean Eating - Summer 2008

Good and fun but I think I remember it taking a long time.

Chicken & Veggie Skewers
from Clean Eating - Summer 2008

These were really good and flavorful, I think because I let everything marinate for a lot longer than I needed to.

Garlicky Cousous
from The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno

This was fine too.

Scarborough Fair Potatoes
from Clean Eating - Summer 2008

Good. I don't know why I didn't crush the dried rosemary first.
Speaking of herbs, we want to pick up some herb plants from Home Depot or something and grow them around our kitchen window sill.

Meatloaf
from Clean Eating - Summer 2008

This might have been my first time making meat loaf. I think the stuff on top was salsa left over from the steak.

After I made this, I started doing my own thing with future meat loaves. Now when I make meat loaf I usually don't do a specific recipe and just put together my own stuff. It usually turns out pretty good.. Meat loaf isn't too hard.

Some Dinner or Lunch - Dijon Garlic Salmon, Steamed Garlic Bok Choy and..

There was a picture of this on my computer too. The salmon and bok choy appear to be from Oxygen August 2008 issue. I don't remember if the rice was a specific recipe from anything, it might have been something I threw together.
This looks like some lunch or dinner I had one day.

I have a lot more pictures but this is fine for now..

*** Personal note to self, start with Oct. 22 folder for next picture post....
