Not much to this... There's also shallots but you can't really see them. Those are "mung bean" noodles. It was also supposed to have sunflower sprouts and shelled edamame but I didn't include it. It would have probably looked nicer if I did.

I think I remember this being fine too. It was supposed to have carrots but I omitted them because I don't like carrots.
Balsamic-Glazed Cracked Pepper Salmon

This is sort of a bad picture but I remember this tasting good. Uh, I think I also used ground pepper, not "cracked."
This was made with balsamic vinegar. I think balsemic vinegar has become one of my favorite things to cook with.
Golden Mashed Potatoes

Just some mashed potatoes. This was from a recipe but since then I've mostly been doing my own thing with mashed potatoes. Sort of like with the meat loaf, it seems relatively simple to make and throw shit in. One time I did make a mistake of not boiling the potatoes long enough and it wasn't really able to mash well, but yeah overall, not that hard to make.

Pan-Sauteed Chicken Cutlets with Dijon-Mustard Sauce

I remember these being pretty good. Better than they look in the picture. They were a repeat recipe. They a part of some feature section in the magazine that was like about quick, kid-friendly meals.. I remember I made these one night right before some people came over and I think it was Berto that ate a lot of them.

Spicy Sweet Potato Rounds

I think I remember this being pretty simple but a nice meal. I think I also remember the sweet potatoes being really spicy.
