Help! Christmas!

Dec 11, 2006 17:56

I want something on a tee shirt for Christmas that's clever.

Tee shirt people help me with links, please....I don't like the ones that are like "hee hee, I'm a bitch, deal." I like ones that are like clever. You know. Not like the joke in my last entry, but the opposite. Clever. :)

After teasing me recently about my strong reaction to the Paul McCartney/Heather Mills divorce (& my fanatical devotion to the Beatles), someone sent me a T-Shirt for Christmas that says "I'd Go Gay For Paul McCartney". I plan on wearing it to the gig on Thursday. ;-)

NO FUCKING WAY.

Also being fanatical about "The Boys" I have said to people "If John were alive, I would go Gay for him".

That shirt is brilliant. Did they make it or buy it? Cause I'd wear that. I think it would be better if it just said paul and had a two tone picture. Something that not everyone would pick up on, so it could be for the fans only. All the others would have to sit and wonder what the hell the shirt meant.

No, it was MADE for me. Plain black T SHIRT with the words written very legibly. I'll have to post a pic after the night.
Fanatical about the fabs, eh? We should be LJ buddies then! Adding you (well this way you'll get to see the shirt when I post it anyways)
I just finished reading The Longest Cocktail Party, BTW. Very funny. Have you?

There is always

but they can be really extreme. Where talking brown bag at the "R" show with some of them. But there are clever ones there.

Dang. I read this, went straight there, found the perfect shirt for my friend, and then found out about the shipping. Oh well. I'll know better for when her birthday rolls around.
