I'm REALLY dizzy! Like, so dizzy it's hard to walk. I wonder why.

I hope it goes away soon, because this shit sucks.

Dude. Don't die on us!

Seriously, has this happened before?

Did you catch it from Carlos?! The Cuban Headspinnies is a dangerous bug.

I mean, sometimes when I get up too fast, but never for this long. Irritating!

Oh, yeah, that. I find now that if I laugh too hard, I get really dizzy. That didn't start until after I hit thirty. You've probably seen me do this at least once!

Or, you know, you could have an ear infection.

hmmm....Thanks Neal. I hope so. It feels super weird. I'm a little pissed because I had a lot to do today and now it's not very easy to get around...

you may have an ear infection. if it gets worse when you change orientation (laying down to sitting or standing) or when you move your head, this is the likely case.

you can get meclizine over the counter; it's what the doctor will prescribe. it'll help with the vertigo. it's usually near the motion sickness stuff.

Would I feel congested, because I don't...Hmmm...interesting. You know, come to think of it, I have been clearing my right ear a lot this weekend.

Yeah, when I'm sitting or lying down, I'm fine. When I walk, I'm all over the place. If I can make it up there to CVS, I'll go check out the meds. Will it be something that says it takes care of vertigo, or something specifically for ear infections?

My sister says she gets it a lot when her bp is a little elevated and I did have a lot of hard core bad for me food down in VA with Alex this weekend...Hmmm...Thanks for the help!!

You might not feel congested. What's infected is the tubes on your ears that tell your body what its orientation is.

And meclizine is usually marketed over the counter for motion sickness. Labyrinthitis is usually viral...you treat the symptoms and ride the infection out. I don't what what the brand names are, but the active ingredient should specifically say meclizine.

I really appreciate the help. I wish it would go away! :) Looks like I'll have to ride it out. 7-10 days like a reg. virus?
