Actually, I had written something more signifigant than that, but got tired of my own rambling, so deleted the whole post.  I think I'll have a Hot Pocket instead.

i HATE screaming little kids.  for 6 hrs the last 2 nights there have been an endless stream of screaming little kids at the pool.  And their parents aren't any better.  I yelled at a little kid to get out of the fountain, and said it three times because he was STILL in the fountain, and the dad yells at me "he's getting out...sheesh!"  Hey mister ( Read more... )

Yesterday was more exciting than it needed to be.

It's never a good sign when you start the day at 6:30 after 3 hours of sleep to study for a test and then actually need to go take that test (I got a C, but it was actually one of the higher grades).  A test ,of course, followed by 10 hrs of work is really a treat though.

It's a good thing the weekend wasn't a disappointment.  Seriously.  It was fantastic.  I forgot how nice it is to have no work to do at all.  I got to go out at normal times (before 11pm) and attempt to sleep in though I don't think my body will let me anymore.  Even on sunday, I bummed around and talked online and to my dad.  We did the sunday ( Read more... )

Getting a paycheck was not as cool as i thought it would be.  I forgot how much the governerment takes from you.  At Pet Nanny, Peggy paid me untaxed, and that has spoiled me, becasue now when I earn nearly $500, I don't really because $90 of that goes to other people.  Hopefully at least $20 of it goes to rebuilding New Orleans but I know it isn't ( Read more... )

I can hardly even believe it.  I have three FULL days off of work from both of my jobs.  I didn't think this could actually happen but somehow it did.  So I get my check in a couple hours from best western and will spend the better part of the afternoon shopping for things I need but have held off getting (conditioner, gasoline, beer).  I'm almost ( Read more... )
