So I had my dr. appointment today. I have lost 30 pounds in 23 days!!! Yippee!!! It was quite exciting to see the numbers. Which means from the beginning of the year I've lost over 50 pounds in 4 months. (I did the 24 pounds pre-op). All is looking good
