the waiting game
So I found my dream house and I am now in mortgage hell. Went to the bank today and got pre-qualified. Went to the realtor and I got my counter offer which I accepted. Now I have the wait and see part. There is another buyer who has the same offer as me but they have a contingency where they have to sell their home first before they can act on
