I own the Dell Inspiron 1525mizzrogueMarch 23 2010, 05:02:00 UTC
It's not that light but in a sturdy backpack it is manageable if you're taking it around school. But if you don't have to lug it around, then I have no other real "cons". I love the screen size. I can lay in bed and watch a DVD very comfortably. And all I really use it for is the internet, writing papers and storing music, pictures, etc... My hubby has an upgraded, smaller and much lighter version of my laptop but the screen is just too small. :) I'm pretty happy with the inspiron.

see my problem is which of these do I get for using it for the same things that you do? I dont want to buy more upgrades than I'll ever use.
