Stuffed Tomato Recipe

I thought I'd share my stuffed tomato recipe since I mentioned it just a moment ago in my post.  These are approximate measures since I never actually measure anything.

I usually like to use veal in this recipe because it's lighter and healthier, but veal is so gosh darn expensive!  Even ground beef is expensive.  This time I made them with ground
