Kismet looks like a rascal, but a sweet one! I love your poem about her pajamas, especially the lines:
"thick, fuzzy fabric:
frighteningly hard to wash," - hee hee! I'll never look at a kitty the same way again.

Our kitty shares the love of boxes. Related to that, I saw a ditty on FaceBook claiming that if you mark off a 2-D box on the floor, cats will get in THAT box as readily as the 3-D kind. Haven't tried it yet...

And our kitty wears those big fluffy slippers (entirely too big for the size of the animal inside the equally fluffy PJs) and he does indeed have the scratchy bits for traction!
