Ohhh I love this. The atmosphere of this is so visceral. I love the way you describe them as forces of nature. It's kind of perfect. I didn't get to be queen this year but I'm glad these girls requested this cause it's fabulous. Thanks for sharing this awesomeness.

I hadn't shipped them before, but damn, when I saw the request I was like: how come I didn't come up with this, lol!? I think it would be very interesting to see that relationship the way the writers have it plannend for S6 (if we're going to get more Richard and Jacob, in any case)

God, I love this pairing, and this story is so beautiful! You have the most gorgeous imagery throughout; I'm totally amazed. There's something biblical about it and I love it---so appropriate here. And the last line gave me the chills.

I was just saying that I don't know why I hadn't thought of this pairing before, but it just hit me: it's pretty damn awesome! I'm so happy you liked it! I like some fics I write more than others (who doesn't) and it's always a challenge writing Richard and then be really satisfied with it later, and this happens to be one of them! :D So, thank you very much! I really like mysterious island fics, more so when Richard is involved, and I love the analogy of the two lightening bolts. I love the feel of the fic too!
