Great Thanksgiving story. And as before, I really like that Thatcher seems to accept or maybe is just more comfortable with Mark than Derek. I don't know why, but that thrills me. I love how supportive Mark is, but also I really liked how Lexie wasn't upset with him because he was late for making pies because of surgery. I was a bit worried she might be, but instead she totally understood, which is great and the focus could be on calming her down about making the perfect pumpkin pie instead of calming her because he got home later than planned.

I also like that Meredith is becoming a real sister to Lexie at last. I love that she was going shopping with Lexie on Black Friday.

Great job! I can't wait to read what you have in store for Christmas. Now what can Mark's present be for Lexie?

I love creating the relationship between Mark and Thatcher. I think they are similar in so many ways...lonely, isolated, etc. So I love exploring that.

I am so excited about writing the Christmas story...I've got the outline about halfway complete right now and it's looking good. I think I've settled on what Mark is getting Lexie...but maybe Lexie should be worried about what she's getting Mark ;)

I am absolutely writing a Christmas piece in Occasions! I'm working on the outline as we speak...

I thought it would be appropriate to mention George here...I thought it was odd that we didn't see any of that on the show this year. So, I'm glad it meant a lot to you :)

I'm hoping that we see more of a development in Lexie and Meredith's relationship...I can promise that will be the case in this series.

Thank you so much for mentioning my AU piece...I'm working on the next chapter of that as well. The holidays are starting to take over my life, but I'm committed to getting more of the AU piece completed and getting the Christmas piece from Occasions off and running :)

You should absolutely visit the US for Thanksgiving...although, it's rare that my Thanksgiving actually turns out this perfect...lol!
