I'm the same way about GA right now. I used to like every character for some reason or another but now I'm down to watching only for Mark and Lexie. And they are doing a great job of character assassination on both of them, so I'm not sure that there's much left there. It's sad, really.
You won't have to wait long for something new...I think I'll be posting something tonight if I can get it edited before the Men's Figure Skating long program starts :)

Your Christmas actually sounds kinda amazing. So peaceful.
Sorry to hear about your boyfriend and the fallout...though you seem to have dealt with it pretty well. You are so smart to wait till after the event to break up with him.
I too am completely addicted to the Olympics...I watch it all except Curling...I just don't get it. LOL. I'm so proud of how Canada has done so far...yes we don't have a ton of Medals but the competators have done their best.
Glad to hear you are having time now to write, there's just something so calming about writing...even if it's just for oneself.

It was really a great Christmas. The only thing I would have changed was the ability to have a hot meal...lol!
And yeah, I'm not even going there with the bf until after the event. He's not going to react well but that's teh way it goes.
I'm the same way on the curling thing...I don't get it! Canada has done very well so far. I'm, of course, rooting for the American teams but I have a soft spot in my heart for Canada and their team. I spent Canada Day up there one year and when they sang the anthem at the Opening Ceremony, I started singing it in French. I didn't take five years of French for nothing! lol!

Okay, to be honest... I have been reading your message over and over again and now you updated your LJ and I just am so happy and relieved to see/hear from you again. I know things have been crazy for you with everything but seriously. I have missed you like hell.
Now... may I make a request? Even if Valentines Day IS over, I feel like with your Occasions story, you definitely have to write something for them. The Thanksgiving story was all about them building traditions together and taking major steps and with Valentines Day, well, we all know this would be the first time Mark would EVER celebrate it. I think it would be amazing to write.
UGH. I do not watch anymore. The last episode I watched was with the Arizona surprise b-day party and I try to keep everyone on my LJ from talking about it because I really do not want to know.

Things have been crazy for me, but I am so excited to be back! I have missed you so much...so I am super excited to get caught up on your stories...I know I'm going to love everything that you've written!
You may always make a request, I love it when you do that because I think it really pushes me to do my best work. So, in light of your request, I will start work on a Valentine's installment of Occasions :)
The last good episode of the show was the surprise party ep...so as far as I'm concerned in my stories, there is nothing after that episode. That is, until they get things fixed with Mark and Lexie...and if that happens, then I'll be back in the saddle.
