23km of serious elevation switches. Both in switchback and straight up and down form. About 9C out with a decent wind (had to duck falling branches in the forest).
I'm all for a run - but I'm not much for concrete. I'd prefer trail running. Have you done that? So much more challenging, strength building and knee saving!
