I agree with your Mom, give Zacks and The Victoria Inn a call to see what's up. I know how hard it is to find a job .. I looked for a long time before I found something. It's definately not as easy as it should be. I can only imagine how hard it's going to be to find another one once I get daycare. If I had the cash I'd pay you to be my "nanny" hehe =) Try not to stress so much .. everything always works out in the end even if it doesn't look that way. Remember .. good things happen to good people =) I'll keep my fingers crossed for you .. good luck!
Aww. Thanks hun. You just made me smile, with the nanny thing. Hehe. I'd love to babysit your little guy, he's adorable! I'd almost watch him for free. Tee hee. If I wasn't needing the cash so badly, I totally would!
You should call those places you apply. If they say they will call you, call them. My dad who was a manager for a huge computer company for a long time says that sometimes even if they don't plan on hiring you, but you show real interest in the job, they might hire you anyway. Stop by with a letter thanking them for their time, and say how excited you are at the prospect of working for them. Then call the next day to see if they have made a decision yet. It sucks feeling like you are going so low just to get them to call you back, but in all reality this is what companies want! :) Good luck hun, things WILL get better. B and I are having money troubles and it is so hard for him, so I know how you feel. Just don't give up, and try to stay positive, it will help Greg from getting depressed more. You can do this I know! :)
