"Loratidine and fexofenadine are examples of the newer, second-generation antihistamines that are available OTC. The second-generation antihistamines do not have the sedating effects of the older, first-generation antihistamines."

Loratidine aka Claritin
Fexofenadine aka Allegra

My eyelid is totally itchy to the point of pain unless I cover it with Vaseline the second I come out of the shower. Crazy eh? So I understand the need to itch thing.

uh huh -- some days, I just want to take a veggie peeler and use the pointy end to gouge a 5" hole into my flesh.

will try the ice with the mosquito bites, but it's not viable for the eczema -- the contact will make it worse, and then drying the area afterwards will inflame it. grrrrr.
