What the middle of my room looks like. We went through every box and shelf and floor space and got rid of anything I was even slightly iffy on. Unfortunately, Matt and I got bogged down with exams so my room has looked like this for about 2 months. We're working on it. Meanwhile, here are some gems I found amidst the trash that will illustrate all the skins I have shed...
In the picture on the left, you will find (clockwise from bottom left): Limp Bizkit CD, Destiny's Child (curiously, I received both Limp Bizkit and Destiny's Child as presents on the same Christmas. I was finding my niche), S Club 7 CD (trivia: in grade 6, my friends and I did an air band routine to "Don't Stop" and won first place), Jesse McCartney (sadly, this is from grade 11), Girl to Girl: The Real Deal on Being a Girl Today (thank God I had this growing up - who knows how I would have turned out otherwise), Now 3, and the piece de resistance, Confessions of an Heiress by Paris Hilton.
Also, I find my old cassette players. Imagine carrying around one of those nowadays? You could try for the whole retro angle.
