Responsibility is lame.
So, I'm reasonably sure that I'm pretty much the only one who will read this that has had any experience being directly responsible for a subordinate. Like, own them. You'd think it would be pretty sweet right? Like he'd wash my car and cook food for me and do all the nifty things that privates do
