ok. so i'm watching the news and it comes up that now jelly bracelets are being banned because they are becoming known as sexual connotations. absurd? no. and strangely enough, there's been articles since the end of October and yet we're just now getting information about it. dang overseas trends...that's where it was based supposedly...here's

haha, when i was in primary school (about 7 yrs ago) we used to wear them and if the guys broke them u were sposed to kiss them, no one did tho. and there was also thicker ones that u could wear around ur necks, titled 'fuck bands' and yeah, u can tell by the title what was sposed to happen if urs got broken. but we didnt take it seriously

That's so stupid. I have like every color of jelly bracelets. I'm still going to wear mine. I barely heard about the stupid trend like 2 days ago via another LJ friend. Ugh, I LOVE my jelly bracelets and I'm not about to stop wearing them on account of some stupid fad. People are so stupid these days! And I hate the fact that they're actually banning them. Not everything is sexual related, you know? Stupid people.
