Biscuits Made Easy

2 Cups Self Rising Flour

1/2 Cup Crisco

Mix in bowl.

Add enough buttermilk to make the batter lumpy, but not runny.

Add cheese/garlic salt/whatever you like to add (or nothing)

Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Enjoy being in heaven for the 2
minutes it takes to eat the biscuit

I've never been thrilled with Bisquick biscuits-- pancakes and waffles, yes, but not buscuits. At my nearest opportunity, I will make these and then I too will know the greatness of biscuits made easy.
