A reprieve may need to be granted, though the comments section of the Des Moines Register's home page may result in me just adding extra uranium. Activist judges indeed, don't this people read the constitution?

Yeah, completely unexpected. Mandar called me at work yesterday when she saw it on the news. We'll have to see where this goes. It is my belief that things will get worse before they get better. After all, we have to challenge the hell out of this before people realize "gee, this has no bearing on my life at all."
