So I did some redoing in the bedroom. Last night when we got home we realized that the box spring matress was broken so we removed the small frame and put it on the floor. Very nice for the night. So today I redid the rest of the room. Cleaned out the clutter of mail and such. Moved my computer over. Moved the books to different shelves and added

When I was a kid, only a few years ago of course, I used to take my bed off of the frame and just put it on the floor. I liked it that way, something was neat about it.

I've never really had a high opinion of frames. I suppose that if one needed a headboard or had a 4-poster, then a frame is probably needed. But setting on the floor the box spring has complete support.
