I miss my family too and they are only in San Antonio.

I do okay most of the time but today I am thinking about the holidays and wish I could be near my dad and my family. I will get over this I am sure. AS soon as my kids come over and give me hugs and we do some holiday decorating I will feel better. :)

Its funny, but I dont get that feeling too much when Im away. I miss my girlfriend more than Id ever miss my family. Though I do miss my Dog and cat when Im away. Maybe its because I know my family can look after themselves.

I am sure my dad and his wife and family are all good but sometimes I miss not being able to pop over and visit now and then. But you are right I am glad that I have my hubby here. And I could never move back with out him :)

I have really great memories of a child and the holidays and I know that you can never go home and things be the same. I am looking forward to and hoping to make wonderful memories with my kids for them to remember as they grow up. :) So good things in store for the holidays I am sure.
