Living in California

There are some things about living in California that I don't understand. For instance, when people wear sweatshirts, jeans and flip flops on a cold winter day. Don't the flip flops reverse the warmth provided by the sweatshirt? It makes no sense!

You and I are on the same wavelength today, I think. Joe refuses to wear anything other than sandals. His rationale is that this is California and the weather is almost good enough for sandals. :P

By the way, I like your new layout but the baby elephant suggests conception...is there something you aren't sharing? ;)

That rationale makes no sense to me. You lose a lot of your body heat through your feet. Silly Joe.

Umm, no. I just liked the momma and baby elephant. There will be no conception going on anytime soon.

Joe is never cold anyway, so losing body heat through his feet is just fine with him! (Oh, and he doesn't usually wear a sweatshirt, either.)
