I've been away from LJ for nearly forever.  Trying to be a bit more sociable now.  :-)  Also will be looking for a job shortly, which helps to kick myself in the butt and check in on people.  Was sick this last week or would have been at psinging

Tech support or customer management, basically. I have done 15 years of tech support at DEC and at Dell-Equallogic (with Gunther Anderson), and then for the last year I have been working with Hot Accounts - customers either irate or we're trying to keep them from being irate. I've run a daily meeting with managers and VPs of Sales, Support, and Engineering to focus on what needs to be done for those customers, both technically and non-technically, getting whatever resources are right for each situation.
