After everything that has been going on lately, Lestat has felt the need to take things easy and relax. Still feeling a bit raw around the edges, he leaves the tower without telling David and inhales the night air deeply. Sometimes a quiet walk could really help clear the mind, as he works to find his footing again.

As he nears the lake, he sees a figure sitting by a bench and walks closer towards them, curious as to who might be out at this time. Seeing that it's Ken, and realizing that there is no one else with him, he frowns.

"Ange... what are you doing by yourself?"

He looks around mildly, seeming to be unstartled by someone else being around. He smiles more when he sees Lestat. "Hello. I went for a walk!" He says as if that was the most natural thing in the world and that there were no dangers about being alone whatsoever.

"I can see that love, that doesn't answer the question. Why are you out here by yourself? Do you not remember what happened to you a few days ago? Or the lengths Shinou and I are going to in order to keep you safe? I can't have you wandering around on your own, least of all now. Perhaps later, when we are sure things have settled down but... you must at least tell one of us where you're going," he says, still frowning, taking a seat beside him.

".... I'm sorry," he says quietly. "Nobody was around and it just looked so nice out here." Nothing had previously happened to him so he was taking it on faith that it was basically safe.
