Oh dear god, I forget how much bad telephone systems anger me. The culprit this time is the Inland Revenue, who have so far this morning directed me to their line for Employers, then to a fax machine, then to a line that's just engaged constantly, and finally to an automated machine that instead of putting you on hold just cuts you off so you have ( Read more... )
