Wow. I think I would call the cops myself, although, if the mother's right, they might just be part of the "village" mentality, and take her side, but, more likely, the mother is just her own brand of crazy. If the fiancee had something in writing indicating her cohabitation with the son, that should be good enough for the law, but, of course, if they aren't married, the mother is officially next of kin... oh, what a tangled web! Well done.

Thank you. The police would basically ignore someone like Racquel, because they wouldn't want to interfere in domestic matters. That attitude is changing slowly down here, but Racquel would still be out of luck.
