After months of preparation and planning (OK, after a few days discussion with Anne Niven and the webmaster), newWitch now has an official Blog.

All comments welcome, but as Harvey would say "I don't need no Niagra, and don't be sending me no links to pictures of girls with horses neither."

Hello again...I thought I would wander over to your LJ account from Soulbonding and post here. Yep, I do know you, through NW. You accepted an article from me which was printed in the latest issue, the one about witch fashion and color. :)

Very cool to see you on LJ, in particular on Soulbonding. I had considered, at one point, writing an article regarding spirit guides and talking to some extent re soulbonding/fictionkin/otakukin/otherkin and all the rest, but wasn't sure how well it might be accepted.

I have had spirit guides now for going on nine years and quite a few of them have their own LJ's, though its hard to give them enough time when I have so little for myself on LJ as it is. I have also read quite a bit regarding Haitian voudoun, though have never had the chance (yet) to attend an actual ritual. I do know that reading about something and actually experiencing it are two very different things, of course.

If you wanted to submit something on soulbonding, please do so. I'm trying to move into more "edgy" and cutting-edge territory, rather than covering The Same Old Subjects yet again. And since I've seen nothing on soulbonding to date, I'd love to have the first serious article on the topic appear in newWitch.
