Blossoms have abruptly appeared en masse, the trees suddenly festooned with watercolor brush impressions.

Interestingly, my EMM/ANA contact is trilingual: Farsi, Pashto, and English. Every language has its own music.

Wow! I've heard Farsi and Pashto are really hard languages...Then again, pretty much any language is hard for me. I'm depressingly unilingual other than enough Latin to graduate.

I love my magnolias...We have three trees--Two pink, one white, all blooming like crazy.

She's Afghan; her parents spoke Farsi and Pashto, respectively. Must have made for interesting pillow talk.
