OUCH!

ughhhh my neck and back hurt sooo bad!  when i turn my head to the left, you can see muscles that have been raised out of place (look like bones stickin out) because of my bones on the right     how sick is that! im pretty sure its from sleepin on it wrong and cheering all the time.  i went to the chiropractor today because i knew there was no way

awee kenda im sorry that u didnt feel good last nite at practice :\ yah i think i kno wat chick ur talking about with only 1/3 of a brain.. haha NOEL god i hate him so much !! well o hope you get better soon practice isnt the same with out kenda :)
