New job

I had my first day at Indymac Bank today - it was both pretty good and kinda disappointing. The good stuff: seem to be good people, very little telephone work, you can actually bring in a radio and listen to music on headphones if you want, you get an hour lunch plus two 10 minute breaks, they have free tea/cocoa/coffee/cider in the break room,

I would guess (and hope) with your new job that they wouldn't bother to go through the hiring process themselves if they weren't looking to find long term people. (They could just get a person from a temp service if they knew it was only going to be a few weeks). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that it works out! Mmmm...free cider :)
