Great spot too, that's close to a lot of stuff. It's good to have more than one bathroom too, that's for sure.

Really cool!

I'd prefer a fixer upper, myself... lower house payment, and you can take your time fixing things. Plus you get to redo things how you want them.

some days though...you just want to come home and see it all nice and everything done...instead of having to save FOREVER so that you can pay for the renovations you want to make.

congratuations on the jobs for both of you.

the house thing is super awesome. i am really cheering for you guys. YAY for starting a home that has your names on the title! with the banks of course for some time.
